After-Sales Service

OLENDA provides a standard 36-month warranty, with the option to extend coverage to five years for a small additional fee. If a product experiences functional issues within the warranty period under normal operating conditions, replacement parts will be supplied at no cost. Even beyond the warranty timeframe, lifetime maintenance support remains available, with only minimal service fees applied when needed.
Controller Software Updates

To enhance the performance of your system, OLENDA’s R&D team periodically releases updates for the controller software of our DC inverter heat pumps.
